Block space (PAG) is pre-purchased cargo capacity onboard an aircraft. This means guaranteed space even during peak periods (New Year’s, November 11, summer season), a fixed rate without market surcharges, and a precise schedule with no delays.
Yes, in accordance with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Hazard class, packaging, and documentation are specified on a case-by-case basis. Contact our manager for a consultation.
Yes. We provide tracking using the air waybill (AWB) number and regular status updates via a manager.
We always indicate what’s included in the rate: air freight, fuel surcharge, security fee, and airport handling. Additional services (customs, delivery, storage) are priced separately and agreed upon in advance.
Yes, this is one of our key areas of work. We sign NDAs, do not interact with the end client, and provide a full package of documents under your brand (if required). Terms are tailored to your needs.
